This is an incredible vintage Zuni inlaid polar bear huge silver pendant necklace. This remarkable necklace contains a gigantic inlaid silver polar bear pendant that measures a whopping 2-1/2" X 4-1/4", including the bail and dangling silver leaf, WOW! The polar bear consists of beautiful inlay that include mother fo pearl and a petit point turquoise stone eye. The intricacy and detailing of the carvings throughout the pendant is just amazing and so detailed giving the pendant a realistic look. I love how dangling from the bottom is a stunning hand carved silver leaf. This necklace includes a phenomenal very long handmade silver link chain with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. The length of the necklace measures around 38". Sturdy 57 grams.
