Native American One Of The Craziest Ever Vintage Santo Domingo Turquoise Necklace

This is a museum quality vintage Santo Domingo inlaid butterfly necklace. This impeccable necklace is absolutely phenomenal as the detailing is just astonishing. Located on the necklace are three remarkable inlaid butterflies that each consist of the most beautiful detailing and consist of Royston turquoise, jet, mother of pearl, and yellow shell. The largest butterfly which is situated at the bottom measures around 2-1/2" X 2-3/4". I just cannot get over the amount of detailing the artist put into this amazing necklace. Located throughout the rest of the necklace is a marvelous plethora of hand cut tan shell heishi. The heishi throughout 6 amazing strands. Located at the bottom of the necklace is a wonderful double strand jacla pendant that contains more hand cut tan shell heishi with accenting hand cut chunky Royston turquoise stones. This necklace can be worn both ways as the opposite side of the necklace contains another inlaid butterfly pendant. The intricacy and detailing of this remarkable necklace is just mind blowing and so beautiful. This necklace comes with a stunning pair of inlaid earrings that also consist of jet, mother of pearl, turquoise and tan shell. Each earring measures around 1-1/2" X 1/2" not including the hooks. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Santo Domingo artist, Warren Nieto. The length of the necklace measures around 39". Sturdy 198 grams.
