This is a superior Santo Domingo inlaid shell pendant necklace. This fascinating necklace contains a huge mind blowing bottom inlaid shell pendant with one of the most impeccable large inlaid bails we have ever seen. The thickness of the bail measures around 3/8" and is a whopping 1-5/8" X 1-1/8". The inlay on the pendant and the bail consist of yellow stone, white stone, onyx, turquoise from multiple mines, sugulite, coral, and tan shell. The necklace includes a wonderful handmade silver link chain with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. The length of the necklace measures around 32". Sturdy 85 grams.
