Native American Important Vintage Navajo Gold Sterling Silver Hand Carved Necklace

This is an impressive Native American silver and gold necklace. This wonderful necklace contains a large unique shaped silver and gold pendant. The pendant measures around 3" X 2" including the large silver bail. Bordering the pendant are stunning sun works, dotted works and raindrops. Located in the center of the pendant is wonderful carved bear walking in a forrest scenery. The accenting workmanship on this pendant consist of stunning gold works. Bordering the bear and forrest patterns are beautiful pueblo patterns. I absolutely love the detailing on this necklace. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by artist, Alonzo Mariano. The length of the necklace measures around 23". Sturdy 50 grams.
