This is a magnificent Navajo hand carved fetish necklace. This piece contains a beautiful plethora of hand carved animals consisting of turquoise, pipestone, and shells. Situated at the very bottom of the five strand necklace is a large thunderbird turquoise fetish that measures around 1-1/4" X 1". Resting throughout the necklace are amazing brown shell heishi with end silver cones and a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 30". Sturdy 67 grams.
