Important Vintage Native American Navajo #8 Turquoise Sports Illustrated Squash Blossom Necklace

This is a museum quality vintage Navajo turquoise and silver squash blossom necklace. This important necklace contains not only rare turquoise but also consists of amazing history. This piece was worn in a Sports Illustrated shoot that is set to come out in 2020. The piece is authentic and was in one of their main photo shoots and should be appearing in May of 2020. It could be delayed slightly as such operations has a lot of moving parts but it was used in a Sports Illustrated photo shoot. Resting throughout the necklace are 15 remarkable huge Number 8 turquoise stones with phenomenal surrounding hand twisted silver wave works, ropes and raindrops. Resting throughout the majority of this necklace are large round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. The beautiful naja pendant measures around 3" X 3-1/4". Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 32". Sturdy 274 grams.
