This is a museum quality Santo Domingo inlaid bug pendant necklace. This fascinating necklace consists of large graduating impressive inlaid bugs that consist of a fly, lady bug, butterfly, and dragonfly. The largest inlaid dragonfly pendant which rests at the bottom measures a whopping 4-1/4" X 3-1/4". Resting throughout the inlaid bug pendants are phenomenal lapis stones, mother of pearl, turquoise, jet, spiny oyster shell and opal. Resting throughout the majority of the necklace are wonderful hand cut graduating jet disc stones. I absolutely love how this necklace can graduate in length measuring from about 29" to about 32". Sterling silver. Sturdy 127 grams.
