Al Toadacheena Vintage Native American Navajo Sterling Silver Squash Blossom Necklace

This is an astonishing vintage Navajo multiple stone and shell silver squash blossom necklace. This fascinating necklace contains onyx, amber, mother of pearl, abalone, red spiny oyster, lapis and Royston turquoise. Surrounding each of the oval shaped silver pendants are wonderful thick silver ropes. Resting at the bottom of the necklace is a thick silver naja pendant that measures around 2" X 1-1/2". The rest of the necklace consists of marvelous round silver beads with end hand cut tan shell heishi. The necklace contains some of the longest most beautiful curved fluted silver cones with a traditional silver clasp. This necklace is absolutely beautiful and so amazing. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, Alvin Toadacheena. The length of the necklace measures around 36". Sturdy 89 grams.
