This is an exceptional vintage Santo Domingo very large turquoise nugget necklace. This magnificent necklace contains some of the largest nuggets we have seen on a necklace this year with the largest measuring a mind blowing 2" X 1", WOW! The stones appear to be from the wonderful Number 8 turquoise mine. Situated throughout the nuggets are marvelous hand cut tan shell heishi. Resting at the bottom is a fascinating double strand jacla pendant that consists of beautiful hand cut graduating turquoise heishi stones, accenting corals and beautiful teardrop shaped orange spiny oyster shells. This necklace is absolutely impeccable and so fascinating. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 41". Sturdy 212 grams.
