Powerful Authentic Vintage Native American Navajo Bear Turquoise Sterling Silver Leaf Bolo Tie

This is a remarkable vintage Navajo large handmade silver bolo tie. This phenomenal bolo consists of a chunky turquoise stone that appears to be from the wonderful Morenci turquoise mine along with an accenting chunky coral stone. Surrounding the entire bolo are fascinating precise handmade detailed silver works. The silver works include flowers, swirling stems, raindrops, coils wave works, ropes, and a large detailed silver leaf. The bolo measures around 2-1/2" X 1-3/4". Bordering the bolo are impeccable deep silver wave works. Resting at the bottom of the incredible 38" black leather tie are long silver cones with silver cones. The stones measure around 1/2" x 3/8". Signed by Navajo artist, JR. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 55 grams.
