Important Vintage Gary Reeves Native American Navajo Sterling Silver Personal Bolo Tie Old

  • $ 624.99

This is an astonishing vintage Navajo all silver bolo tie handmade by the famous artist Gary Reeves. This museum quality piece contains an absolutely stunning bolo. This piece appears to be a personal piece that an artist made for a friend or family member. This is a very historical piece as it was handmade by Gary Reeves, most likely as a gift. The workmanship is just incredible with overlay patterns. The bolo consists of the letters HHS and 1999 which was for the Highlands High School in Albuquerque NM. The bolo measures around 1-7/8" X 1-5/8". This is such a unique piece as it consists of beautiful history. What I also love are those huge and beautiful silver cones with accenting end large round beads with beautiful stamp works. The length of the leather tie measures around 41". Signed by Navajo artist, Gary Reeves . Sterling silver. Cir. 1999. Sturdy 66 grams.
