Very Important Vintage Native American Navajo Darrell Becenti (d) Lapis Sterling Silver Bracelet

This is a tremendous vintage Navajo huge lapis silver bracelet. This bracelet is extremely important as it was handmade by the very famous artist, Darrell Becenti. Darrell was one of the best Navajo silversmith artists who recently passed away unfortunately. His work is absolutely impeccable and contains outstanding detailing. He will always be known as one of the best. This bracelet contains five classic imperrial lapis stones which is some of the best and extremely rare. The cuff on this bracelet is very thick, sturdy and wide with impeccable silver works. The silver works include hand repoussed shells, sun stampings, and line segments. Surrounding the center stone is a thick silver rope that really makes that center stone pop. I love how the edges of the cuff beautifully wave from one end to the other. The center stone measures around 1-1/8" x 1-1/8". The width of the bracelet measures around 1-5/8". Signed by Navajo artist, Darrell Becenti . Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. The inside end to end measures around 5-1/4" with an additional 1" gap. Sturdy 135 grams.
