This is a superlative Navajo/ Zuni inlaid squash blossom necklace. This outstanding necklace consists of 8 fascinating inlaid squashes that are inlaid with turquiose, coral, opal, mother of pearl and onyx. Resting throughout the entire necklace are phenomenal round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. This outstanding necklace consists of Bugs Bunny, Tweety Bird, Sylvester the cat, Tasmanian devil and Elmer Fudd. The inlay work on this necklace is absolutely incredible as the stones and shells are beautifully hand carved to give each character that much more detail and intricacy. The bottom naja pendant measures around 1-1/2" X 1-1/4". Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 21st century . The length of the necklace measures around 30". Sturdy 92 grams.
