This is an exceptional Navajo very early adjustable silver shank ring. This is one of the earliest adjustable shank rings we have seen. Located in the center of the wide and thick silver ring is a Royston turquoise stone. Bordering the edges of the ring are silver rope patterns. The center stone measures around 3/8" x 1/4". The ring face measures around 3/4" x 1". The ring size is around 9. Cir. Mid century . Sterling silver. Sturdy 18 grams.
