Very Old Wylie Family Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Concho Belt

This is a magnificent vintage Navajo unique concho belt style necklace. This phenomenal piece can be worn either as a necklace, a hat band or possibly a concho belt with the waist size being from about 26" to about 28-3/4". The total length of the entire belt measures around 32" measuring from the the end of the buckle to the end of the bottom leather. If worn as a necklace, it measures the same as above, 26" to 28-3/4" long. Located on the piece are 11 amazing oval shaped very detailed silver conchos that each consist of a center oval shaped green to blue colored turquoise stone and measure around 2" X 1-5/8". Surrounding each stone ae marvelous silver works that include star patterns, oval stampings, sun works and dotted works. The larger silver buckle matches each of the silver conchos in design but measures around 2-1/2" X 1-7/8". Belt can easily be replaced to any size. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+.
