Native American Early Highly Detailed Sterling Silver Turquoise Concho Belt Old

This is a museum quality vintage Navajo turquoise and silver concho belt. This outstanding piece contains one of the most detailed and intricate buckles we have collected this year measuring around 3" X 2-1/4". Look how intricate those silver works are, first they are comprised of two colossal repoussed patterns that you just dont see. Then look at the phenomenal micro dotted silver works with amazing snake eye turquoise stones. This belt consists of 12 impeccable rounded silver conchos with each carrying a wonderful snake eye turquoise stone. The silver works surrounding each concho include repoussed shells, sun stampings and wave works. The conchos measure around 2-1/8" X 1-1/2". This belt contains old natural patina. The stones measure around 3/16" x 3/16". Sterling silver. Cir. Early to mid century . This belt will fit a waist size between 29-1/4" and 36". Sturdy 196 grams.
