Important Vintage Native American Navajo Andrew Thomas Sterling Silver Concho Belt Old

This is a museum quality vintage Navajo absolutely stunning heavy silver concho belt having 14 incredible conchos. This piece contains a beautiful plethora of sterling silver cross conchos with oval conchos. Look at the detailing in the concho works which include the round conchos having a center cross with bordering sun patterns and the cross conchos containing outstanding stamped arrow patterns. Each round concho measures around 1-7/8" X 1-3/4" and each cross concho measures around 1-1/4" X 1-1/4". The marvelous thick, heavy and strudy buckle measures around 2-3/4" X 2-1/4" and includes more fascinating cross, arrow and sun patterns. This concho belt is very unique and intricate. Signed by Navajo artist, Andrew Thomas . Sterling silver. Cir. 1960's+. This belt will fit a waist size between 26" and 41-1/2". Sturdy 327 grams.
