Important Frank Yellowhorse Vintage Native American Navajo Sterling Silver Concho Belt Old

This is a breathtaking vintage Navajo silver concho belt. This belt contains a beautiful plethora of handmade rectangular shaped all silver conchos that each measure around 1" X 1/2". The belt contains a total of 36 remarkable silver conchos. Located on each concho are fascinating silver sun stampings and diamond patterns, such beautiful detailing. The buckle on this belt is a large rectangular shaped buckle and measures around 2" X 1". The detailing on the buckle includes sun stampings and wave works. What I really love about this belt is that it can be worn with a pair of jeans or pants that contain links, so rare to find and absolutely stunning. The total length of the belt measures around 44-1/2" long. Signed by Navajo artist, Frank Yellowhorse. Sterling silver. Cir. 1950's+. Sturdy 157 grams.
