This is a fascinating vintage Navajo turquoise and silver concho belt. This remarkable piece contains 11 beautiful oval and rectangular shaped silver conchos with the larger oval shaped conchos measuring around 2-1/4" X 1-3/4". Resting in the center of each concho is a wonderful Blue Gem turquoise stone that each measures around 3/8" X 1/4". Resting on the fabulous large 3" X 2-1/4" rectangular shaped silver buckle are five more beautiful Blue Gem turquoise stones. The silver works located throughout the belt are impressive including bordering sun stampings with center repoussed shells. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . This belt will fit a waist size between 25-1/2" and 30-3/4". Sturdy 234 grams.
