Best Vintage Native American Navajo Royston Turquoise Slab Sterling Silver Concho Belt

This is a tremendous vintage Navajo huge silver concho belt. This piece is one of the biggest and best concho belts we have collected in the last few years. What makes this piece so incredible is that it contains 9 absolutely gigantic slab turquoise stones. This belt is top notch. The turquoise stones appear to be from the Royston turquoise mine and the average stone measures a mind blowing 2-1/4" X 2". Surrounding each of the conchos and buckle are fascinating silver works that include raindrops, stems, wave works and ropes. The belt measures 48-3/4" long. Signed by Navajo artist, Les Nez. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. Sturdy 798 grams.
