This is a magnificent Navajo important turquoise and coral silver eagle bracelet handmade by the famous artist Fred James. This piece contains a wonderful center hand carved silver eagle. Fred was one of the original eagle artists. Resting above the eagle is a chunky turquoise stone with four accenting corals at the sides of the eagle. Bordering the wide silver cuff are amazing waving patterns with accenting silver ropes. Located at the sides of the heavy and wide silver cuff are stunning hand carved silver leaves, flowers, raindrops and stems. The center stone measures around 1/2" x 1/2". The width of the bracelet measures around 1-1/2". Signed by Navajo artist, Fred James . Sterling silver. Cir. 1960's+. The inside end to end measures around 5-3/4" with an additional 1-1/2" gap. Sturdy 70 grams.
