Heart Of Spiny Vintage Santo Domingo Sterling Silver Necklace

This is an impressive vintage Santo Domingo heart pendant necklace. This wonderful necklace contains a bottom detailed large silver heart pendant that consists of a fascinating large heart shaped red spiny oyster shell. The pendant measures around 1-3/4" X 1-3/8" including the large silver bail while the heart shaped shell measures around 1-1/4" X 1-1/4". Surrounding the silver pendant are stunning channel works. The necklace contains a single beautiful strand that consist of hand cut disc shaped red spiny oyster shells with accenting round silver beads. The necklace contains a marvelous traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver, marked. Signed by Santo Domingo artist, SE. The length of the necklace measures around 26". Sturdy 74 grams.
