Eagle Head Incredible Inlay Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Opal Pendant

This is a breathtaking vintage Navajo inlaid silver eagle pendant. This pendant is absolutely gigantic and contains a very detailed and stunning inlay pattern. The inlay consists of onyx, opal, mother of pearl, tan shells, abalone, coral, and turquoise. The design of the inlay workmanship is absolutely remarkable and consists of a kachina in the night sky overlooking the desert monuments. Even the bail on this pendant is wonderfully inlaid which is very rare. The entire eagle pendant including the bail measures a whopping 3-1/2" X 3". Sterling silver, marked. Signed by Navajo artist, GS. Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 55 grams.
