This is a superior vintage Navajo green turquoise fetish necklace. This outstanding piece contains a beautiful plethora of green turquoise fetish stones that are hand carved into birds. Located throughout each fetish are superior chunky turquoise nuggets with amazing green coloration. Then situated throughout all of the nuggets and fetishes are phenomenal tubule shaped green turquoise stones with accentign black beads and end brown shell heishi. I absolutely love the design on this necklace as it is mind blowing and remarkable. The turquoise on the necklace appears to be from the wonderful Royston and Orvil Jack turquoise mines, both being very rare. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 28". Sturdy 47 grams.
