4 Inch Tall Vintage Native American Navajo Opal Sterling Silver Feather Necklace

This is a superlative Navajo inlaid silver feather pendant necklace. This wonderful necklace contains a mind blowing very detailed hand carved silver feather pendant that measures a whopping 4-1/4" X 1" including the large silver bail. Located on the pendant are remarkable inlaid opal shells, very beautiful. Surrounding the feather pendant and shells are wonderful silver slanted line segments, sun stampings, plant works and dotted works. The rest of the necklace consists of wonderful rounded silver beads. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. Signed by Navajo artist, D. The length of the necklace measures around 27". Sturdy 41 grams.
