About Sunshine Reeves

Sunshine Reeves was born in 1964 in Gallup, New Mexico, and has been creating gorgeous Navajo silver jewelry since the 1980s. Sunshine was taught to work silver by his brothers Gary and David Reeves, tying him directly into the extensive Cadman-Reeves silversmithing family responsible for producing so many of the region's most recognized jewelers.

Reeves is famous for his intricate and deep stamp work designs, particularly his high-quality Navajo-style rings and native bands. Sunshine has earned significant recognition over his career, including winning "Best in Show" at the Santa Fe Indian Market in 1997, one of the most prestigious Native American art competitions in the country.
